Lithium Orotate 100 Tabs

I have been taking this stuff for about 10 days now and I cannot describe to you how much it's made a difference.I have bipolar disorder type 2, and I've been on other medications and they just didnt work. With this, it works instantly.Of course when I take it to my psychiatrist, she looks at it like its feces and because she knows nothing about it and dismisses it... -_-ANYWAY, im an extremely sensitive person with many food allergies and health issues, and asprin and other otc medicines just dont work for me at all, so this is for anyone else who is as sensitive, id recommend it. Just remember to drink a lot of water because although it is a much lower dose, you still cant get dehydrated and that is something that is easy to do.If this continues, I will be taking this for the rest of my life, and I will get guidance from a special doctor as far as dosages are concerned because although this pill doesn't completely take all my symptoms away, I can now go back to school this semester and have faith in my interview coming up. I suffer from bipolar d/o. This is not a condition that can be left untreated. I suffered from debilitating anxiety, racing thoughts, and lots of anger. I started with 5mg for two days. The first day I took the 5 mg within 2 hours I felt amazing. My anxiety subsided, my demeanor calmed down markedly. The third morning, I started out taking 5 mg. About one hour later, I noticed I was still a little anxious, not anywhere near like I was prior to starting this product. I took a second tablet of 5mg. I felt fantastic. All my anxiety left. I felt what it must be like to be normal. I now take 10mg d daily and it has been going on 7 days. I love this stuff! I get holistic benefits without the toxic effects of psychotropic drugs. Would buy agAin and forever. A life saver.

I've been taking this supplement for over 15-years now. This is a very effective mood-stablizer. It is effective the first time you take it and the effect is quite obvious. I haven't seen a downside to it's use. Low-dose Lithium use has, potentially, been linked to lower Alzheimer's risk. If you are looking for something to brighten your spirits a bit this is probably worth trying.

I had a friend that took this product for depression but she had stated to me that it helps you sleep. It didn't help me sleep but it did help my attitude and I can see this being a remedy for people that are having a rough go but don't want to do psych meds. I think it's fantastic. Never have experienced any other natural product to help with this. Please opt for natural things instead of bad meds. I'd say try this.

I have a Bipolar 1 Disorder that both phases present at the same time. All other Lithium Orotate was not strong enough. I use this strength three times a day. It works and my moods are not playing ping pong ball at all. My moods pretty much statfluctuating less.i also take other supplements to help,like; 5-HTP, DHA, vitamins b 1, 6, 9, and 12, magnesium, GABA, Tyrosine, Tryptophan, glycine, theanine, taurine, ashwagandha, rhodilia roscea, holy basil, ina combination that is working.

I've had anxiety and depression much of my life, not extreme just manic and constant. I took Xanax about 6 years ago and it helped, but I stopped after a couple month because it was enough to help me get back on my feet at the time and I didn't want to become "dependent" on them. The past year I have been going through a breakup and my anxiety and depression has been keeping me stuck in this rut. A friend recommended this to me to help sort of balance my mood and ease my mind so I gave it a shot. She actually suggested pairing it with another supplement, but I wanted to see the results of this by itself. I took as directed (1 tablet, 2 times a day after eating). The first day I felt extra tired, but it could have been a coincidence since I often find myself very tired! After a few days I may have had a slight change in my thought process. I noticed a little better focus and "thinking ahead" on important thoughts like the future, and my family, instead of the small, "less important" things I normally worry about. So this felt good, I felt more aware. A few days after that I began to become more aware of my anger and frustration, too. I am someone who normally gets aggravated easily so now, whenever I noticed it happening, I would start analyzing the frustration rather than just get angry from it. This was good in a way, too. But then I began to notice myself suddenly getting very emotional (sad) when I would simply look at certain things like while in line at a grocery store, or while outside at home looking at my plants in the sunlight and the wind. I would feel sad emotions radiating from these random things and a wave of sadness would rush over my body and mind, bring tears to my eyes, and then quickly go away. It became a constant extreme up and down of emotion (more than what I was experiencing in the first place) so I was hard to deal with. By the end of the 2nd or 3rd week of talking this, I had a breakdown. I was listening to a song I have never heard before (it was actually a very sad song) and I began crying as soon as I heard the lyrics. And I mean bawling! Then I listened to it like 7 more times and cried the same each time. It kind of felt good and it kind of felt horrible. I decided not to take this anymore. After stopping, I'm not sure if I no longer feel the extreme emotions I was feeling, or if I still feel the same emotions without being as aware of them. I was originally taking this for a possible supplemental option for anxiety meds. Upon further consult with physicians and medical experts I found since lithium is a toxic metal if taken orally without oversight the effects can be damaging. Further more the labeling of most supplements of orodate lithium say approved since the time it was created not necessarily guaranteed to be a good thing since it was not regularly tested for benefits to psyche. In short, it is very easy to take too much and your kidneys and liver are very much at risk if you do.
