It was just a replacement battery, but it's held its charge really well and it's charged up fairly quickly. What more can I ask for?

I paid a little more to get this battery because it came with a 12 month warranty. Well, after 10 months, the battery just quit working and will not take a charge. I tried all the tricks to reset the computer calibration but still nothing worked to get it going. Tried to contact the company through Amazon but they will not reply. I have all paper work but if they will not reply, then they are a bad company to buy from. My rating is amended to 5 stars because after using the battery for 10 months, Solice sent me a new battery to replace the one that went bad. They do stand behind their products after all. thanks.

I have purchased four batteries for this Toshiba C150 laptop. There was a big safety recall on many of them so I had to wait many months to get a safe replacement. So far this battery has been working well. It only stays charged for about 3 hours but the laptop is a few years old and I know they draw a lot of power. Newer laptops seem to last longer. I will follow up on this in a few more months to let you all know how it's working.

I have a Toshiba Satellite P845t and this battery fits and works perfect as replacement. I have not tested MAX run time, but best estimate with my SSD HDD is 4-5 hours. Which is about all I ever got with the original.The black case does not bother me, but attached picture shows contrast to the gray color of my laptop.Don't hesitate to buy this battery to replace the original when you get that 5-10% battery life all the time and all of a sudden. Ordered with regular account (not Prime) and it arrived in just a few days.

Update: It's 15 months into the battery and it's failing. The battery light on the computer flashes rapidly and the percent charge which the battery holds is decreasing. Over the past 2 weeks it has dropped from 100% to 69% and keeps going down. The warranty is for 12 months so I'm over warranty, but won't be buying this one again.Original review:My old battery would last 1 minute at most if I unplugged the wall power. Now with this battery it's like I have a new laptop again and don't have to worry about keeping it constantly plugged in.

Worked right away. Not sure on battery life for long term but it certainly works on its own. Depending on the applications I use it can go without a charge for up to 5 hours but obviously using certain applications will drain it sooner. I had always left my laptop plugged in so I am now trying to just use up the battery before plugging it in to see if it lasts longer. My other battery was three years old that came with the laptop.
