AC NOT WORKING AFTER 15 days, No service from Hitachi as they say talk to amazon

Don't buy, please I am requesting you not to purchase this We have already wasted out 35000 which is an AC amount but apart from this we have wasted 10k to get it repaired still not workingI would say worst, worst, worst don't buy.

We bought hitachi air conditioner (1.5 ton capacity). And that was our biggest mustake to buy a product of hitachi. We purchased the product like not even a year ago but we faced too much problem sometimes the problem in compressor or gas leakage or the problem in coil. We have filed like 10 complaints still no solution is being provided. We submit the complaint and they came and checked and they took ac with them as they said their is problem in coil its being 5 days now they havnt return with ac and not even answer the calls. We contacted the customer care but no issue is solved yet. We have literally did biggest mistake by buying a product from hitachi and will aware others to not buy a product from hitachi that will save them from wadting their hard work money on this wastefull product.
