This is the only cornflakes I prefer. rather than buying flavoured ones, just buy this and add any kind of flavour you like. For honey cornflakes, add the desired amount of honey. Top it with nuts and dry fruits for a healthy wholesome meal.

Crunchy, quick snack /meal with UHD milk . Since I am diabetic , I mix mango and banana corn flakes with Kellogg's original corn flakes to lower GI. I do not add sugar.
