This product is very helpful if you want to keep your dog's/cat's movements under control. It is not user friendly at first, but YMCCOOL'S team was there for me with all the support I needed to get it started and they have been very polite and patient.

Still not working!
Even though I've tried contacting the seller on four different occasions to try and make sense of the instructions - it still remains in the box unused. We even took it on holiday and had a try and make it work challenge night with friends. Impossible! So disappointed - it should NOT be this difficult to use but if you can't make it work what is the point!
