The Winter War (The Prince Warriors Book 4) Kindle Edition

My boys (6 and 8) and I both looked forward to reading these together each night. They were so good and well written. They also loved finding the biblical references. It sparked good discussions as we read too!

It brought up many discussions about scripture, making decisions during difficult circumstances, life and death, forgiveness. I know that these stories, family discussions, and most of all the Bible has helped prepare my sons to make future decisions for God's glory and help them to see the world with a biblical worldview. As a mom you try so hard to find something that will explain,celebrate and encourage the Christian life that you prayerfully hope in the deepest parts of your heart want your childrent o CHOOSE. And these books ...man these books totally hit the nail on head. I have 4 girls (ages 11 to 4) and all loved them. The real comversations and interactions between friends and family spoke to even my heart at as mom ans I'm gonna be real, I totally cried. Not in a sappy mushy kond of way but in a powerful convicted and encouraged kind of way. This life is battle and its so disheartening to look around and realize the stuff and garbage this world wants to stuff your kids hearts with and lets be honest us as adults too. And this just reminds us of the sweetness of life. The simple things and exchanges that really affect the soul. The important of those words you say or validating each other as human beings. We will struggle but we have everything we need. Thank you for this book and all its sweetness.

The Prince Warriors Winter War is a great story. With action packed chapters and heartwarming paragraphs, this book has it all! The book is great and hard to put down, but has a bittersweet ending.Hope Priscilla Shirer makes more soon! Thank you for spending your time making this wonderful series for our enjoyment! I am an 11 boy and loved the series, I started it at age 7 so this book is good for kids of all ages.Hope this comment helped people as it was the only one I noticed that talked about the bittersweet ending.SPOILER ALERT: I say it’s bittersweet because they win the war but Mr. J. Ar dies at the last few pages.

This is a very good book just read it and you will understand. And read the other books before it first as well.

Such a great book! Our 8 y ear old daughter listens to the Audiobook of the first three books in the Prince Warrior series. I got her this for Christmas, since the audiobook isn’t/wasn’t out yet.To my delight and her joy, she LOVES READING IT!And the storyline is SO ENGAGING and TEACHES the true visual representation of living life as a Believer, who God is, who we are in Christ, who Holy Spirit is, the Armor of God, etc, in an amazing story line that makes sense to young people.One of our FAVOIRTES!

Plenty of suspense, a heart warming adventure. Wish there was another book in the series. Age doesn't matter with God.

Great series

My 11year old daughter has almost completed the entire series. She absolutely loves this. She loves reading, but I've never seen her so excited about a book. It's a real comfort to know she is reading an exciting and engaging book with a biblical basis. Priscilla, thank you.

kids love this

I bought this book for my 11-year-old son under the impression that it is a Christian book. Upon receiving the book my son started reading it right away. After a few minutes, he brought the book back to me saying he did not want to read it because the stories were not good for him. The book talks about snakes, dragons, and so much evil worldly stuff. I can not believe that it was authored by a Christian. The book is not in any way different from other worldy books about demons and monsters. This was an eye-opener to me, not all things labeled Christian is actually Christian. Christians need to be aware of the devil's devices. Outwardly the book looks normal but inside is full of pure evil, enough to cause nightmares to young children. The book should not be sold as a Christian book for kids because it is simply not a Christian book maybe it would be worthwhile to label it a satanic book. This is a warning to authentic Christians who seek the truth, we are living in the last days, beware of wolves in sheepskin. I had bought three books from this author but I returned all of them because I do not want to bring evil to my house. I have definitely flagged this author, I used to listen to her sermons but no more, I now know her true colors. If a person who professes to be a true Christian can write such evil stuff for kids I wonder what she can write for adults. But as children of God, we know that the devil is a liar. The Bible says we shall know the children of satan by their fruits and I guess this is it!!
