So far so good and very easy to install, as others have said I only had three wires and this has 4 so you just need to link a bridge a live to the switch.My pictures show what thermostat I did have.Works well with AlexaDelivery took about 2 weeks and I’d of given this 5 stars if you could keep the backlight on.

Great product. Set up wifi pretty fast just make sure it is off and hold the arrow down for 8 seconds and go into the app. Setting up alexa was abit harder but ive had the same problem with the plugs and lights to, but I get there in the end. I finally got rid of my old honeywell dial and for the price this one can not be beaten. Really happy with the product.

Easy to install and to connect, 30 minutes start to finish, check the accuracy of the unit with my own thermometer, can’t fault, great bit of kit

This is a great product and connected to smart life app does exactly what nest or other high end product do.Unfortunately if you don't know anything about wiring a boiler you need to call a electrician. So it's not a DIY thing.But I would recommend this. It works perfect and I don't have any problems. Very pleased with it.

This product is a fraction of the price of the big name smart thermostats yet as per the description it does everything they do. Had no problem wiring it up and the software install/wi-fi pairing all worked first time without issue. It's been running for about a week and I've not found any problems. I would recommend this product. If you have any doubts the response from the company is fast and accurate - they emailed me a wiring diagram superimposed onto a picture of my existing thermostat contacts when I made a pre-sales enquiry.

The Thermostat works with the app but will not connect with Alexa. Spoke to the seller who was very helpful but it does still not connect. Should have purchased a Hive instead.

Really pleased with this device. I set everything up using Smart Life as others recommended. The manual v program operation is a little complex. A few tips based on my experience:1) I added it in Smart Life as a Thermostat after pressing the right most button to go into WiFi search mode.2) The only out-of-the-box Alexa commands appear to be to set the desired temperature. This is only effective if you are in 'Manual' mode (in 'Program' mode the temperature is set by the program setting).3) To get an hour's heat add a Tap-to-Run in Smart Life (thermostat to manual mode, delay 1 hour, thermostat to program mode). Call it say 'Warm', ask Alexa to scan for devices, then say 'Alexa run Warm'.4) To get an hour's heat when you approach home add an Automation in Smart Life. Select Location, Arrive, pinch-and-zoom the map to get the right distance then trigger it to run 'Warm' (defined above) using the 'Select Smart'.
