- Ingredients: Active Ingredient: Methol 5% (topical analgesic). Inactive Ingredients: Arnica cordifolia (arnica) extract, butyrospermum parkii (shea) butter, caprylic/capric triglycerides, caprylyl glycol, cetearyl alcohol, cinnamomum zeylanicum (cinnamon) leaf oil, dehydoxanthan gum, dimethicone, glycerin, glyceryl stearate, olea europaea (olive) oil, phenoxyethanol, prunus amygdalus dulcis (sweet almond) oil, purified water. Warnings For external use only Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not bandage tightly. Do not use in or near the eyes or mucous membranes; if product gets into eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. Do not use with electric heating pads. Stop use and ask doctor if: condition worsens; symptoms persist for more than 7 days or occur again within a few days; a rash or irritation develops. If pregnant or breast feeding, ask a health professional before use. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
