I bought two of these smaller sized units for miniature poodles. They stay inside at night, and this reduces accidents, damage to other furniture, etc. The first unit we put together was immaculate. I mean, it literally was perfect in every way, well-drilled, parts well-labelled, and the wood surface was just beautiful on every piece. We were very pleased with the final results and how quickly it was to assemble due to the easy to follow instructions. But the second unit was not so perfect. It was evidently created at a different location and there were a number of imperfections in the wood, the paint on the bars was a little sloppy with drips, etc. We were not nearly as pleased with this unit. Fortunately there are ways to turn the wood panels inside or outside to eliminate the less pleasant surfaces from being seen. The finish on the woodwork of the 2nd one also had some goopy stuff along the edges and apparently was not cleaned off prior to packaging, so we had issues with that mess on many of the panels and parts as well. But overall, once cleaned, the bad panels flipped to the inside so the nicer ones were on the outside, it, too, came out to a fairly decent looking end table that will fit in well with our living room furnishings. We have come to believe that nowadays most furniture is manufactured overseas without a consistent QC department, and that is where the problem lies. So with this unit it can be a hit or miss as to the quality. Our first one was perfect and gorgeous, but the 2nd unit lacked in quality in so many ways in comparison. We still gave this five stars based on the first unit and the ease of assembly and cleanliness. The 2nd unit would have been rated three stars for sloppiness, goop everywhere, improperly and unthorough staining, and other imperfections. These are heavy units, very stable, and hardware was excellent with plenty of spare parts to assemble. Instructions were simple to follow and very self-explanatory. Overall a good investment and no major damages. Also well packaged!

I love this kennel; it is exactly what we were looking for. It looks amazing next to our black wood bedroom furniture! It is good quality and seems like it will be durable. It is the right size for our 35 lb Australian Shephard. We did have to go buy different screws for the slide lock, as they did not send enough to finish set-up. Otherwise, the set-up was easy enough. Overall, it took a little over an hour to put together for 1 person, and probably would have gone quicker with 2 people assembling it. Would definitely purchase again.

Nice very sturdy unit. It looks nice in our room and is very roomy for our growing puppy. It was time consuming to assemble but I'm a 72 year old woman and did it solo. It is very heavy so assemble it close to where you want it.

We ordered the medium size kennel, was surprised it came 3 days early and that it was in great condition. I love the color of the stain on it. It's well made and fairly easy to assemble " if you have a handy man". It's actually very attractive and our puppy loves being in it, we are quite pleased with our purchase and highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very sturdy, easy to put together, looks great. Was delayed in shipping but arrived without any damage. The box weighs 30 lbs. My new dog absolutely loves it, got in it before it was finished (before door attached). He now goes right to "bed" without having to be bribed like I had to do with his wire crate. Great purchase.

Over the past two months our chocolate lab puppy has bent some of the bars and the door completely broke off. The welds holding the bars in place are not durable. For the price I paid for this item I am very disappointed in the quality.

This exceeds my expectations. It is very study and pretty. I’m training a new puppy and she likes it. I’m not a fan of wire kennels. This is a much better choice for her.

This kennel is beautiful and sturdy. I feel like the materials are great quality. It was very easy to assemble, with one small problem -- the screws that secure the latch wouldn't go in very far. I think that they didn't drill the holes in the latch housing area large enough. When I contacted customer service they were very responsive and I feel like they resolved the situation very well. I was able to just use some other screws. Hopefully they fixed this issue in production.I am still glad that I bought this kennel -- it looks great in my house, and my Doberman likes it too! :)
