Extremely disappointed in this breast pump.I purchased this on the 29th april 2024 & My baby has only just left NICU two weeks ago which is when i started to use this pump, as i was using NICU breast pumps whilst in hospital with my daughter. Two weeks later and the pump has stopped working and i am two days out of the return window which is 30days. There is no option to contact the seller for return for warranty. As many expressing mums understand keeping expressing every couple of hours is so important in the early days when our babies are born and now i am left without a pump on a Saturday evening i am really saddened by this bad quality item and i am now having to pay for a new breast pump which really i cannot afford.

loved these breast pumps, very comfortable to use and efficient. I bought two to make life easier and do both breasts at once, I found this easier than feeding on one boob and pumping on the other which I know can be an option too. The kit comes with everything to get you started including the pumps and bags and a nice carry case. I would recommend buying yourself some additional nipple flanges to get the right size one for your breast to maximise the amount u can pump (you can buy this seperately- although the kit did come with some already in I think I have small nipples!)One of my pumps went faulty and I emailed the customer support team who responded with a solution very quickly and I felt very confident in the support they offered and would happily recommend the product and the company.

This pump works very well if you read the instructions carefully! The pump must be assembled correctly otherwise it will leak milk.It includes bra strap extensions which are very useful, as well as some freezer storage bags.Takes a while to get used to the set up but it is a very good product and good value for money

I did not receive all the components; missing the bag l, strap remote etc. only received the pumps and wires. This product is awful and I cannot return as I purchased way ahead of time. It doesn’t pump a lot of golden milk after being on for over 20 mins. Tbh I had a better experience with the cheap one from SHEIN with previous child. Advice, look for cheaper pumps likely to work better

Absolute waste of money, leaks everywhere, totally engorged and hardly getting anything out, daughter is 3 days old and already had to order a different pump

Pump had been great so far however, I bought the two pack but when it arrived I noticed one of the pumps has a puncture in the section that holds the milk. I can hear it sucking air through and it is leaking. Tried to make a return/get a replacement but I am unable to. Can only use one pump now. Super frustrating.

Nice packaging decent pumps, good brand and value for money only complaint is the Lights on the motors are quite bright so pumping in the dark is a little blinding and the pumps are pretty loud
