Stop buying the kits with multi sized heat shrink tubes. Don’t buy the 5’-10’ pieces that arrive folded up and as thin as scotch tape. This stuff is nice and thick, it shrinks evenly, and my favorite, it is lined with glue on the interior. This is a 65 foot roll of 3:1, high quality heat shrink tubing. I will never go back to the kits that say 400 pieces and 300 of those pieces are only big enough to heat shrink some thread or a strand of hair. I have purchased 2 sizes and I use it 3-4 times per week and I don’t think I’ll ever run out. This is one of my favorite discoveries of 2023. Before buying a kit, think about how many sizes you really need. I can do all of my AC 120v and DC 12v wiring, which consists of 4-5 sizes of wire, and I only need 2 sizes of heat shrink tube for all of it. It’s oddly satisfying to watch this stuff shrink and see the glue squeeze out of the ends. Definitely ASMR.

This stuff is great. It's invisible. Almost as invisible as the money I paid for it. I mean it's like they both just disappear and I can't see them anywhere. Sounds crazy I know, but be careful because yours might do the same. I'm sure this will work fine if you get it though. Not these people, but where your looking is what happened. Apparently they don't like the truth so I have to use code

I would definitely purchase this shrink tubing again. It is a good quality tubing that withstands high heat during the shrinking process. Be aware, the recovery size is NOT quite 1/8”. Description lists 3:1 recovery, but it’s more like 2.5:1. Now knowing these facts, I will definitely be purchasing more of this brand in different sizes. Great price for this quantity & price.

i know per fact/experience it shrinks down to a single 16awg nice, maybe smaller just as well. it has good wall thickness also, obviously the more shrink the more wall thickness, but it is a durable tube even without shrink, i have used it as a jacket for 3 20awg wires (4 may just make it) and only shrunk the ends and that works well, i know 3- 18 awg wires wont fit, but 2 will, and 2 of 16 awg also. i think 2 of 14 awg might be too tight

This type of heat shrink has glue inside to seal water and dirt out of electrical connections ! It shrinks easily and is tight when done!
