This is a very good natural shampoo and conditioner set. I found it took about a week for my hair to settle down and get used to these (likely because I switched from a "normal" shampoo/conditioner to these natural ones) but it was worth persevering as these have made my long, fine dry hair feel very light and soft. There are no silicones in this conditioner so my hair feels far less weighed-down after using this. It's also a little more difficult to brush through because (as with pretty much every other "natural" conditioner I've used) it doesn't seem to give quite enough moisture for the ends of my hair. I've solved this by using a few drops of pure fractionated coconut oil on the ends of my hair after using this shampoo and conditioner, after it has dried. My hair has never looked or felt so good. It's also cleared up my dry scalp.I've researched each of the ingredients in these (painstakingly! but there are a lot of good sites online that give detailed information), and I didn't find any particularly nasty ingredients in either the shampoo or conditioner. A lot of so-called "natural" shampoos and conditioners do still have some harmful ingredients in them, and I'd always recommend people do a bit of checking before buying, but I'm happy to say that this particular shampoo and conditioner pair is a good one - no hidden nasties, and for me, with the addition of a couple of drops of oil, perfect hair and happy scalp.
