Right out of the box, UNIT WAS DEAD AND WOULD NOT CHARGE
It was a brand new sealed unit. I opened the box and the unit was dead, which seemed strange. Then I sat the device on the charger for 8 hiurs and nothing. Dead. No lights.

Purchased from Apple when first produced
I've used this off and on for over a few years. It works great, can charge laptops as well as phones. I dunno why the reviews are so bad. I still use it, and it's worked great for me. I feel bad, because it can fully charge my iphone 15 pro max from empty to full twice.

Despite following the instructions and ensuring it was fully charged, the power bank failed to deliver any power to my laptop.What I found most disappointing was the lack of functionality right from the beginning. A reliable laptop power bank is a crucial accessory for many, and when it fails to work immediately, it can be extremely frustrating and inconvenient.

I bought this item in early July and by early October it had stopped working. Do not recommend.

Incorrect information.
I lost my 20,000 mAh mophie and decided to try this one. I prefer the 20,000 mAh mophie instead. This 26,000 mAh only provides about 15 hrs total charge time for my cellphone. Nowhere near 85 hours. I am disappointed.

Will not charge! Not a good product IMO
Purchased the unit and out of the box, it will not charge at all. I returned and got a replacement, and this unit will not take a charge either! I thought Mophie was a great product, but now, I will return and get a different brand altogether.
