The Mark Stephens Yoga Sequencing Deck
J**D
indulgently bad
OK, I bought these because the write up said "clear guidance on arranging postures". IT HAS ABSOLUTELY NONE OF THAT.The cards themselves are pretty, but the information is useless. Basically according to these cards every asana can be opened by about 20 other asanas, in every asana you should focus on stretching pretty much every body part, and this posture is great for... you guessed it, about 20 other asanas. It's like there was a lucky dip for each asana. This is really disappointing as there are absolutely no cues in this deck at all, and it clearly says "clear guidance on arranging postures" in the write up.Not #satya.

Best investment for practising yoga on your own
The quality of these cards are really top class, well made and strong enough that they will not bend or be damaged easily. Perfectly sized for viewing and easy to read on reverse of the card. They were larger than I envisaged and was pleasantly surprised.I miss not having my lessons with a yoga teacher so these will assist and motivate me to continue on my own. They will also be helpful when planning a set of sequences.

Highly recommended
I’m surprised to have seen a couple of mediocre reviews on these cards. They are a brilliant aid in both my sequencing and are already helping me improve my Sanskrit. Highly recommended - along with the Mark Stephens Yoga Sequencing book which has a lot more in depth info

Two Stars
Doesn't have English names for the poses which makes things needlessly difficult.
