Very solid and robust step, also quite a decent size too (might be bigger than you expect), supports my weight without sagging at all and I am pretty heavy.Top surface seems to grip well also. A solid product, built to last.

The ResultSport® Aerobic Step is absolutely purfect for me as a first time stepper...the top has a good non-slip sufrace which my trainers grip well on. The base doesnt seem to have any non-slip tread which may cause they unit to slip/move on hard surfaces but as I use mine on carpet its not to much of a problem for me.It is lightweight and compact, so it is easy to store away in a small space. It has two smaller silver "Booster" blocks that sit underneath the unit and are used to step the unit up to another height.I find that these two "booster" units fall out from underneath the unit if they are not being used but when the units are installed to raise the unit they lock in well and remain in place well.Someone else had suggested using elastic bands to hold the units in place when not in use, which is what I did, but they could just as easily be removed from the unit if not needed.The simple two tone Black and Silver look makes the unit look smart and proffessional, an excellent bit of kit for the home gym, especially at the excellent price of £26.41 (inc VAT)"Lower" step height is approx 5 inches / 12.5 cm"Upper" step eight is just under 9 inches/22.5cmStepping platform is 25 inches/63.5cm x 9.5 inches/24 cm (I use size & 7 UK trainers and this platform is a good size for my feet)Footprint of base is 27.5 inches/70cm x 11.5 inches/29cm

A good step. I use this to help my plantar as recommended by my osteo. Works well

The item was delivered very quickly and received in good condition considering the battering it had received during transit. The stepper is extremely good but for two points; firstly the two height adjustment bases keep falling off when one moves the stepper as they do not clip in place this has been resolved by the use of four large elastic bands; and secondly the adjustment down from the high position to medium or low is poor and very difficult at times especially as there was no instructions received with the item of how to assemble or disassemble or height adjustment.The first time we wanted to adjust the height we found it near impossible and had to look on the web for advice. Luckily we were not alone and found the necessary procedure. The whole episode could have been easily resolved by the Chinese manufacturer providing the instruction leaflet on board the item.The functional use and adjustment of exercise equipment should be clear but this was found to be severely lacking from the manufacturer. The supplier has acted well in delivery, packing and also providing the essential details online. Thank you ResultSport. The durability of the stepper will be known in time but I am a little concerned over the locking clips on the height adjustment and hope they ease rather than snap, and I must keep a good supply of large elastic bands!5 Star Supplier; 2 Star Manufacturer

found it great,felt solid underfoot and I loved the depth of the step. have tried others and felt like i was going to slip off because foot wasn't fully supported.

No good if you have big feet , just not wide enough when doing step ups , I’m a size 5

I’m using it as a step to assist getting in and out of the bath. It’s excellent.
