Save your money. The bowl I received has a lot of space between the slits and the bottom plate sooooooo nothing gets completely sliced through so I have to just break out the cutting board and do it the old fashioned way.

I like it a lot. very good quality and very useful. It makes my lunch easier. You definitely need a suitable knife to make it even better. My mom just saw it and she wants one. Ha ha
