These cables are good, the connections are solid and secure, the length is NOT what you buy- order longer than what you need. I ordered multiple of these and they ALL come in shorter.

The quality of this cable is impressive. I needed a shielded data cable to connect a solar inverter to an external power meter. I didn't need the ends so I cut them off. I can confirm that the cable's core structure is as advertised-shielded, ground wire, and cross skeleton. The pvc jacket is thick and the cable feels durable.

Running power out to a cottage, I was also going to lay conduit and run ethernet out to the workspace. I found this direct burial cable and was skeptical but the reviews were good.Sure enough, just dropped this cable in the trench, and even after some torrential rain (and the trench getting filled with crush gravel), the cable is working perfectly.There are some cables on Amazon with incorrect ratings, this is definitely checking out as actual Cat6 with very high frequency data transmission

Bought to run a WiFi extender on the roof. Bought a little too much, but it's been running flawlessly on this cable since I purchased it. No complaints and highly recommend this sturdy cable.

When I opened the package, the first thing I noticed is that the rubber ends that supposed reduce strain on the cables near the ends were loose. Therefore they do not prevent cable strain in the slightest as they simply slide off with gravity. The next thing I noticed was that the locking tabs were very flimsy. One bent backwards under the slightest of pressure. Now I suspect it will simply pull out under the slightest amount of pressure on the cable (its own weight). The cable plugs themselves just do not look like they are of good build, fit and finish. I am not impressed and I wonder how for the higher than average price, they can have such a high rating. I will not buy these again. On the bright side. The outer sheath looks like its "bombproof".

I thought CAT7 and CAT8 were real, but I realized later than CAT6 or CAT 6A is the way to go. Apparently the CAT 7/8 classifications are arbitrary and not fully recognized, and in fact the CAT6 cable feels and works way better than 7/8. This product was the best value for the money

Solid coper wire 23AWG shielded cables tend to be stiff and this one is no different. The jacket is thicker but perhaps more durable than others I’ve used. Works well with a large 4K POE camera hung on the end of the 150 foot cable. Love the sliding boots. They easily slide out of the way which makes connection or disconnection in a crowded router panel or a camera with limited space much much easier for my stubby fingers. Nice touch. Cable tested well.

Was simple to install, no need for conduit. Very strong cable , not cheap but durable.

The cable was suppose to be about 100' long. 100' was even written on the box it came in. It ended up being about 75' long shorting us where it needed to go. We ordered one about 6-10 months ago and it was perfect in length. However because of the time instillation restraints on this install, we decided to buy a 25' extension instead of returning this one back. Unfortunately it resulted in costing us more but we were concerned if we ordered another one we would run into the same problem.Lowell Neumann
