Like crack for my yearling, and this is not an exaggeration. She hardly looks at anything else when this is an option. She recently got strangles and has to be in quarantine for up to a month. Since she was previously out with a herd 24/7, this is very stressful. Prior to giving her one of these, she was chewing the fence apart and pacing. She's settled in well with the help of lots of toys, and this one is the hands down favorite. Bought 5 so I have them on hand when they're finished.Although they take longer to get through when hanging away from walls, I think it could be a bit too frustrating to keep her engaged. I like to hang it just close enough that she can barely brace it against a wall. Still challenging, but not impossible. She doesn't seem to understand licking, and aggressively bites it. She's gotten good at dodging out of the way so it doesn't whack her in the face. Bonus: it's pretty funny to watch her go at it.One small caveat to be aware of, she is now fully sticky all over her face, like a toddler at birthday party. So far have not discovered an easy way to get the sticky off. When I tried using baby oil, I removed hair and left the stickiness, somehow. Still, well worth it.

My horse loves these. They’re great in the winter or rainy season when he’s spending more time in his stall; it gives him something to do and entertain himself with. He’s in full day turnout, so it lasts us quite awhile — which is good, because they are pricey! They are also sticky — his forelock is always sticky and hard from it hitting the swinging ball.

Loves these balls. What I dot love is the fact that my horse gets his mane stuck in it. Very sticky. Then he grabs some and some fall on the ground which leads to rodents I hangnit up and take it down daily You need to hang it so the horse can't pin it against a wall or it won't last long

I like that there is a variety of flavors and the ball is easy to hang.

I hung the ball as directed so the horse couldn’t push it against a wall. He hadn’t even accepted it yet to try to nibble on it and I found it on the ground. I suspect the warm 75 degree day made the ball soften and come off the string.
