Can’t believe I haven’t had one of these before. They are awesome. Really great at keeping my tea at the perfectly heated temperature. A few settings to keep at the temp you like. Easy shut off too.

If you don't know whether or not you're going to make a lot of use out of a hot plate, this one is a good enough quality as a starter. I found the hottest setting was the only one worth using. The others are too lukewarm. If the cup is full and/or the bottom of the mug is concave rather than flat, it ends up being lukewarm or slightly warmer.

This is what I've been waiting for. It works perfectly, I like that it has different levels of heat, and good feedback about what it's doing (e.g., which setting it's on). It blinks once turned off to warn you that it's still hot but cooling down. Very well designed. Only issue is that it's so touch sensitive that if it's just sitting on my desk and I brush by it it may turn on by accident, so I have to put it far enough but close enough. Would definitely buy again. I hope it will last a while. If you know a coffee/tea/hot chocolate sipper, this is a great gift.

This is great and heats up nicely. Although, after a few months of use, it seems to heat up a bit less effectively than it did at first. I used to keep my coffee warm on the second setting and getting it warmer with the highest, but now even with the highest setting, it only keeps its temperature. I also noticed that if you have a thick bottomed cup, it does not really keep the temperature of the beverage. The warmth is always constant though.

It heats up the mug a lot on the highest setting but the actual coffee in the mug is just lukewarm. It’s kind of disappointing. I don’t have time to go through returns and finding another one that’s better and it’s still better than cold coffee or me having to use a disgusting microwave so I’ll keep it. For someone who still hasn’t bought one, don’t bother with this one.
