Borosil neo
The product is made of steel and good quality plastic.Looks nice but has to be handled with care.It will definitely break into pieces if accidentally dropped.The waffles that come out are delightful.I am trying healthy waffles with rava,corn,oats, with minimum use of oil or butter.Only one side of the waffles gets deep imprints and colour.Makes 2 big waffles.To make it crunchy it has to be kept on a grill at normal temperature to air it out.Bought it at 1790 rupees.The product is good for its price.

“Extremely Disappointed: Faulty Product and Poor Quality Control”
I am deeply disappointed with the Borosil waffle maker. The product only cooks from one side, making it completely unusable. Hoping it was just a rare defect, I went through the hassle of replacing the first machine. To my dismay, the replacement had the exact same issue.This has left me frustrated and disheartened. I trusted Borosil for its reputation, but this experience has completely shattered my confidence in the brand. It’s unfortunate and upsetting that such a basic flaw seems to exist in the product design or quality control.I will never recommend this product to anyone. It has been a truly disappointing experience.

Good quality wafer maker
I had reviewed all the other companies including prestigeBut I know prestige quality will be as good as their non stick ware and is the worst by the byI felt the quality borosil is really good and sturdy

Don't expect a crunchy waffles
First of all product is delivered on time and in good packaging.Waffle's taking too much of time to cook and its soft so if you expecting waffle to be crunchy then this maker is not for you.Best part though you can make sandwich out of this waffle maker and if you put it little longer it will be crunchy and sandwich has square pattern design in it .Waffle mixture if you put in right quantity it will never spill out and its not hard to clean as mention in other reviews.So more or all I like the product as you can still use it for soft nicely cooked waffles and crunchy sandwiches.

Multi purpose!
Awesomely using for many recipes. Not just for traditional waffles but as rice crackers, poha snacks, stuffed crispy toasts and I forgot the regular toaster after using this as it’s making me super chef!
