Exact same as hospital
I was given a can of this after I had my babyto numb the pain. It worked wonders. When my daughter got a horrible, horrible diaper rash where she was bleeding and even water made her scream I thought about this stuff and how well it helped me. I bought some, hoping it was the same- IT IS- and it helped my daughter too! It took the edge off so I was able to at lease rinse her with water after a dirty diaper without screaming in agony! I spent a little more money than the red can version in the store, but I remember using that one after I ran out and it burnt. So I would rather spend more money and get the right kind to use on my daughter in dior situations than hearing her scream in pain. Worked wonders for us!

LIFESAVER
This was the main product next to a couple of Frida Mom items that got my through post partum healing.HIGHLY recommend buying extra for when you get home from the hospital after giving birth.

Great
Does it's job as said. Quick and easy. Second time buying. Bought a single can first and it was great to have nearby for quick relief so now I bought the multi pack. Very sensitive skin and prone to lots of allergies and itching. What a difference in relief.

A must have for post-childbirth care.
I ordered this prior to giving birth, as I had been told it was a lifesaver for tears related to childbirth. Sure enough, I did tear during labor. I have to say, those that said it was a lifesaver were right. I was given a can by my hospital, but I was happy to have more at home. It certainly helped with the burning pain from the tear, and was safe to use with my stitches as well. I'll certainly recommend to others who are expecting, and stock up on more in the future. I found the dermoplast to be more effective than "padsicles" or ice packs, and ditched those altogether. I simply sprayed generously "down there" after every trip to the restroom. The can allows you to spray from all angles, holding the can upside-down, sideways, etc making it easy to reach and spray where needed.

Confused
Haven’t used the product yet, but both cans arrived more than half empty. I never expect anything to be filled 100% but this was just ridiculous. Not worth the effort to return. I will likely run to my local cvs if i need more

A must have
We bought this before our baby was born to have it just in case. I had heard from other moms that it helped them heal quickly and I figured it would be great to have on hand. The hospital sent us home with a bottle of it but if they hadn’t I would have been prepared! It worked amazingly and easy to aim and spray!I gave it 4 stars on pain relief due to everyone’s pain threshold being different. I felt like it did a pretty good job with me but I only had a couple of stitches, and was fine by week 2. However, I know other mommas who also swear by it!

My daughter was happy to get this.
My daughter had a lot of discomfort after her first child and she thanked me for getting her this.

A necessity for new moms.
This stuff was my absolute life savor after the birth of my little girl! I'd recommend this to anyone about to have a baby! And buy tons of it!My only complaint is that this one did burn initially. I first purchased this product at Walgreens and it had a red cap. It was perfect, had no issues! But when I began running out of it, I had to order this one as our walgreen was out of stock. This can came with a blue lid and any time it was sprayed, it caused a burning/stinging sensation for about 5-10 seconds before going numb. But if your afterbirth pain was anything like mine, the 5-10 seconds of burn was so worth it because the numbing was definitely needed.
