I have wanted one of these for a long time but my husband always said no. When we discovered this one with its fantastic price my husband gave in and let me order it. We were nervous to use it once we got it but it turned out to be super easy. It takes the guesswork out of cook times and cooks everything to perfection. I will definitely be ordering another one of these to give to my mother in the future.

This is such a cool product! I am so excited to use it and try this new way of cooking. It comes with a book that tells you exactly how to cook so many things which is super helpful for someone that's new to this. It's a great quality product. I haven't gotten the chance to cook with it, but I've truned the product on to test it and it works perfectly, it's quiet and is so easy to use.

Funny thing. We've been looking for some good heaters to warm water for lab experiments. Hot plates with temperature control are really expensive, and only work with small beakers. This sous vide heater can be put in a 5 gallon bucket and keep it at a 140 degF even temperature. It's fantastic. We have bought 5 so far to use in our lab. We love them. Great quality, and great price point.

My Novete sous vide keeps getting the E4 error!! Its only been used once before this. Please help, what does this mean, I couldn't find anything about it in the manual!
