The media could not be loaded.  It is a beautiful piece. Two things I don’t like are 1) it is noisier than I’m used to, and 2) there is only one setting for the strength of the steam flow, and that is really bellowy... big flow of steam tumbles out, down and around like a big cloud. After 3 hours of run time, the table it sits on was sopping wet.

Hands down the best purchase I've ever made on Amazon! It arrived beautifully packaged with a lovely card from the company and an extra gift (free phone charger, woo hoo!). Super easy to set up. I filled the tank with water and added 4 drops of Rose essential oil. Within 10-15 minutes my entire bedroom smelled like a rose garden! The LED light show is spectacular and the pictures can't do the colors justice. The stream of mist is quiet but powerful, rising over a foot in the air before dispersing. I'm in love and can't wait to try it with all my oils!

I gave this one star because they are pretty to look at. I ordered my 1st one approximately a year and a 1/2 ago and it burned out in about 10 months. Then I ordered my 2nd 1 and it burned out in 6 months. Stupidly I reordered and got another 1 because they are pretty to look at but that has burned out also in a short time period Unfortunately when I 1st got it I liked it so much I got one for each of my several friends for Christmas and those all burned out or malfunctioned in a short time. I did try to contact the seller and never got a response of any kind. So bad on me for continuing to purchase then hoping that I just got a bum 1. I have now gone to a different company,will arrive today which will make my 4th diffuser in a year and a 1/2. I can't recommend this because as expensive as they are They just don't last and the vendor or seller does not communicate or help you with a warranty or a refund or anything.

This diffuser is absolutely gorgeous! My family and I Love it! It’s even prettier in person and so calming. Definitely exceeded my expectations! Other reviews mentioned feeling like it puts out too much moisture, but in my opinion, that is not the case. It is just right. Holds a good amount of water as well. It is beautiful as a decorative piece even when not in use. I will be purchasing another in the near future so that we can enjoy these in multiple areas of our home! Highly recommend!

I am re-writing my review. I initially bought this lamp and was so pleased with it. Then, I didn't use it for many months until the holidays, when I started using it routinely. After a few weeks, the light display went out. I contacted the seller because of the 1-yr warranty and within a few days after they confirmed my problem, I received a replacement lamp, which is now working perfectly. I love this little lamp...sometimes too much as I add too much oil and then it flares up my asthma. The lights are gorgeous, especially when company is over. It works and looks great and I'm very happy with the customer service standing behind their product! Thank you.

Baaaaaeuuutiful!! Magical, mystical,mood changer!

It's beautiful! However because not being able to control the water evaporation speed, you will have water puddles all over from the precipitation. Its still beautiful to look at but having to put a towel under is a negative for me!
